Once verified, your next login will auto-direct you to your dashboard.
When students select you as their coach, they will appear in your dashboard.
Now start assessing them! Little nudges in the right direction will go a mile. So stay on top of it.
We recommend a minimum of once per quarter with an update. Or at least semi-annually, depending on your activity and frequency of participation, and ability/speed for one to grow.
Updates can be just words of encouragement if truly their metric assessment has not moved up.
