Each school owner will see on their dashboard a link to a 'new student sign ups' report.

The owner is responsible to look at the student and verify that he/she is indeed registered at their school.

Upon verifying the student, the owner selects 'verify'. The student is now marked as verified. The student will be removed from the 'new student signup' report.

If you wish to un-verify the student the assigned instructor to that student can un-verify him/her from his/her dashboard.


This business/authorization technique is done intentionally that leverages the power of the people who know each other/their students/clients.

For this reason, students select their instructor from the list of instructors of that school. 

The instructor verifies the student, much like the owner verifies the instructors.
This is called a nested approval process.
