Booking calendar is a tool within V3DA hub that allows it's instructors the ability to accept and manage 1:1 private bookings with his/her students.
Booking calendar requires setup by V3DA hub for the school prior to full activation. This includes adding new instructors to the instructor roster list of booking calendar.
One method is to assign generic booking calendar ID's and later assign instructors to that ID in booking calendar, thus avoiding multiple edits with V3DA hub admin and the school.
