If you are an instructor or student and you do NOT see your TLD or SLD metric names beside your students performance measurement i.e. 'Speed, Strength, Fundamentals' >> 'good, better, best'.
Please ensure that you have "initialized" your students record first. This can be done by clicking on 'initialize button' (coming soon) or clicking on a single score (good, better, best) and refreshing your screen. This will show all your schools TLD and SLD metrics.
If you still are having issues or do not understand the above, please open a support ticket to receive personal help. Indicate your school and userid in your support ticket (but not your pw).
